Getting Started

As Swiz claims it is brutally simple and has a very small learning curve.
To get started with Swiz you in general have to understand only 4 things:

  1. Define the SwizConfig tag to configure Swiz
  2. Define a BeanLoader as IoC Container
  3. Understand the Autowire metadata for dependency injection
  4. Understand the Mediate metadata for event handling

Project Setup

  1. Download the Swiz library swc
  2. Create a new Flex project (AIR or Web)
  3. Add the SwizConfig tag to your main MXML
  4. Create a BeanLoader with your non-view classes
